Hi Guys...I have just created a blog for the Chong Family to write whatever we want to share with the rest of the Chong, Choo, Leong, Ngo family and the friends... keep this blog going so that we have a "home" in cyberspace where we can return to share, see, feel, experience and be inspired by the Words of GOD....
Regardless of whether you are in US, New Zealand, Australia, Bandar Sunway, Puchong, Cheras, Old Kland Road, Seremban...if you can read this....

ReplyDeleteDavid,
ReplyDeleteI suggest you post up the Christmas 2009 video on "The Mask Man" which i have watch countless times and is still watching. It is a good video that reflects of our merciful and compassionate God who is ever ready to receive us as we are. This is really a powerful tool for evangelism or rather it serves as a reminder to each one of us. God bless you as you continue your walk in the Lord.
OK will do so soon... hopefully, I know how to do it...
ReplyDeleteThanks
I Asked God
ReplyDeleteI asked God for strength, that I might achieve,
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for health, that I might do greater things,
I was given infirmity, that I might do better things.
I asked for riches, that I might be happy,
I was given poverty, that I might be wise.
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men,
I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God.
I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life,
I was given life, that I might enjoy all things.
I got nothing I asked for--but everything I had hoped for.
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered.
I am, among all men, most richly blessed.
"I AM Too blessed to be stressed!"
ReplyDeleteThe shortest distance between a problem and a solution is the distance between your knees and the floor.
The one who kneels to the Lord is able to stand up to anything. Love and peace be with you forever, Amen.
Sometimes God breaks our spirit to save our soul.He breaks our heart to make us whole. He send us pain so we can be stronger.Sometimes He send us failure so we can be humble. He takes everything from us so we can learn the value of everything we have. I pray that happiness be at your door. May it knock early and leave the gift of GOD's peace, love, joy and good health behind. God Bless. Have a great and Blessed Day !!
ReplyDeleteDear Joyce,
ReplyDeleteWe send our heartfelt sympathies to you on the loss of your beloved Mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We know no words can soften the sadness and grieving but be comforted knowing she is in a better place, no longer suffering and she will always be with you in your heart & memories. How appropriate in today's 'daily bread' that says..."UNDERNEATH ARE THE EVERLASTING ARMS...these words reminded us that when believers die, they are safely carried by the Lord to their home in heaven. The Lord assured us in PS 23:4 'yea, though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I fear no evil;for you are with me." How comforting knowing your mum is in God's embrace now.She must have been a strong woman spiritually and emotionally and as the granddaughter Natalie says... she will never forget her lovely smile and being a wonderful grandmother. She is dearly loved. She has indeed fight the good fight, finished her race and kept her faith. Praise the Lord. May she rest in peace.
God will either give you what you ask or something far better than what you wished.Keep on praying and be thankful coz God's answers are wiser than our prayers.
ReplyDeleteThings in life move with twists and turns and they happen with valid reasons. So if you doubt why something happens to you, stick to this: "WE CAN NEVER LEARN TO BE BRAVE AND STRONG IF THE ONLY THING IN THE WORLD IS HAPPINESS"
Leave something for GOD,
ReplyDeletebut never leave GOD for something....
cos in life, something will leave us
But GOD will always be there for us.
Hi Chris,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind words. We appreciate them very much.
Do see a new posting we had just posted..
